Do You Travel For Weddings?
We love to travel and will photograph weddings in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama and wherever you have planned yours. Out of state travel fees are based on travel distance or airfare and overnight accommodations for two.
Who Will Be My Photographer?
Mike or Catherine Warren will be the principal photographer for your wedding. For most weddings we both photograph the wedding together as a team. In some cases there may be another photographer assisting one or both of us.
What Payment Schedule Do You Require?
A non-refundable booking fee of $800.00 is required with the contract to book your wedding date. We only shoot one wedding per day, and some days are more popular than others! Your retainer insures that once we book your date we will turn away all other couples inquiring about your date.
Your package choice should be made 30 days after booking. We will set up a payment plan to suit your needs with the final balance due 14 days before the wedding date. We accept payments by cash, check and credit card.
Do You Offer Gift Certificates Or A Gift Registry?
YES! We can provide you a Bridal Registry/Gift Registry Card that you can include in Shower Invites which will allow family and friends to purchase gift certificates towards your photography.
Do You Require A Meal At The Wedding?
It is not required to sit us at a table at your reception, but please provide us meal if one is being served. Generally we take a break to eat while you and your guests are eating so that we don’t miss any important moments of your celebration.
When Will I Receive My Proofs?
In most cases your images will be on-line within 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Proof Books are ordered when the gallery is released to you on-line and takes approximately 4 weeks to arrive.
What Is Included On The High Res Image Disks And When Do We Get Them?
The image disks includes 8×10 image files of the images presented in your on-line gallery with a personal use license and recommendations for printing. The disks will be delivered approximately 4 weeks after your gallery goes on-line and with your proof book if your collection includes one. If your collection includes an album, the disks will be delivered with the album so that it will contain the retouched images used in the album as well as a PDF file of the album design.
When Do I Pay For Prints & Products?
All print orders, Parent Albums and additional products must be paid in full when placing the order. There is no minimum order on prints or products unless noted.
